ADVANCE NOTICE
An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held as a consequence of the cancellation of 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Dalgety Bay Sailing Club.
This meeting will be held in the Clubhouse
on
Thursday 5th January 2012
at 1930 hrs
General Nature of Business
To elect officers, to consider Accounts and Reports, to approve the financial proposals and the budget of the Club, to decide membership and fees, to appoint an Auditor or independent qualified accountant to certify the Club’s financial records annually and to discuss other proposals and business as maybe appropriate.
Note
Any member wishing to raise a proposal at the EGM shall notify the Secretary of such a proposal in writing, with a seconder, within 21days of the meeting (by 15th December 2011)

Any member who has indicated on their membership form that they do not wish email correspondence in relation to sailing club business, should contact the Secretary to request a hard copy of supporting documentation
