As all members know, the Sailing Club continue to do all they can to support the expert bodies investigate the radium issues in the Dalgety Bay area. We have been asked by SEPA to distribute this questionnaire to all our members in order for them to complete and return.
“The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is investigating the reasons radioactive contamination came to be present at Dalgety Bay. We believe that a valuable source of information is the people who have lived, worked and spent leisure time in the area and therefore we are asking for your help in our investigation. We have complied a short questionnaire which we would be grateful if you could complete and either email to RSenquiries@sepa.org.uk or post to Radioactive Substances, SEPA, Erskine Court Stirling.
