The New AGM Process – FAQ

There have been a number of questions received by the Board regarding the recent AGM notice and the new material / approach. Everyone is aware we have to operate slightly differently at an operating level now we are a Limited Company, all be it our approach to sailing activities remain unchanged.  However, this first AGM as a Limited Company has still puzzled some people and as a Board we are continuing to learn as we go along.

We felt it prudent to create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on our web site and have that accessible from our AGM pages going forward. As is always the case, if a couple of people ask the same question, there must be lots more wondering.
